Okay, so I managed to dodge any and all positions of authority while at bootcamp. I thought I was in the clear after I got here, but no, it's not that easy. I've been named class proctor. Basically, I'm responsible for everyone's grades. I'm in charge of study groups and night study. We had a couple of guys bomb the last quiz. They were given madatory four hour night study for the next week. That means I have to sit with them and help them study for four hours every night, after we've already gone through seven hours of class. Someone shoot me me now. >.<

The only good thing? As proctor, I don't have to stand any watches during the week. Yay for sleep! And we finally got our rates last week. I'm going to be an ET Comm. Lots of schooling, lots of high level security clearance. I hope the government is ready for me.

Oh, and we had a sneak peak of Superman last night. It was awesome. Plus, we get a sneak peak of the new Pirates of the Caribbean movie tonight. Seeing movies early rocks.

Is anyone else having trouble accessing Gmail.com? Or is it just the crappy network I'm on? I haven't been able to check my email since Wednesday.

So, we just finished boot camp today. We graduated this morning and I'm now a sailor in the US Navy. I fly out to my A school on Wednesday morning and I'm got liberty until Monday night. Boot camp was really easy. I managed to make it the entire time without being yelled at a single time. I'll pick up my official orders Tuesday so I'll know more about what to expect at A school. Maybe I can get my computer shipped up to me so I'll have more access.

The first thing we did we liberty call was sounded was go see X3. Loved it. Just a fun movie to watch. I actually have a date tomorrow with a female recruit I met here. We'll just see how it goes.

How's everthing been going with everybody? Anything new or major popup? Fill me in. I'm dieing for info.

Well, I leave Monday afternoon for boot, and the rest of my weekend is going to be hectic. So I'm not sure if I'm going to be able to get back on before I leave. Just wanted to tell everyone goodbye before I left. You people behave yourselves while I'm gone. ;)

Oh, and someone tell Nate and Judy that I said good luck with the baby.

Holy hell guys, do yourself a favor and go see this movie. This movie was awesome. Nathan Fillion's comedic timing is amazing. I laughed for almost the entire hour and a half I was in there. Definitely check this one out.

Holy crap, this is an awesome game. I've had it for almost a week now, and I haven't even started the main questline yet. I've just been exploring while doing guild related and random quests that I've found along the way. Currently I'm the guildmaster of the thieve's guild and I'm a slayer in the Dark Brotherhood. I like how the things you do actually affect the game itself. I'm currently an assasin, so the gods are angry with me and won't let me pray at the church. I love how your exploits make it into the rumor mill.

I do have a few minor gripes, but overall it's a great game. I've had a few video issues, like whenever an enemy uses a chameleon affect, my screen gets all fuzzy and it's hard to see anything. Or like no matter what I change the video and draw distances to, the grasses always pops in randomly. I also had a problem with corrupt save files, but that seems to have corrected itself. These are all minor complaints that can be fixed with a patch.

With any luck, I may can beat it before I leave next week.

From least important to most important:

1) Hit level 60 with my first character in World of Warcraft about a month ago. Nobody ever plays on my server anymore. =(

2) Finally got my new computer up and running. Been battling with it for weeks now, but finally after exchanging part after part, I've finally finished building my new computer.

4) I only have one and a half weeks left at Walmart. Think I'm more excited about that than everything else.

Since I'm leaving in a little over a month, my parents invited all the family in for a dinner/party on Saturday. All my family was there, I'm talking people I haven't seen in years. We laughed, we talk, we drank. Good times were had by all.

Then I started getting presents! =O

My grandmother gave me a nice jacket that I'll be able to wear when it's cold in CT. My parents bought me a Nintendo DS. Yay, I don't have to buy one now. And my uncle gave me $400 cash. =O


Like I said, sometimes, I love my family.

To bad it was a bad thing. I was going to work today and the radio station was doing Valentine's Day dedications, and I heard my name.

DJ: "Next up we have a song dedicated to a guy in Minden, Louisiana by the name of Chris Dillard. Jennifer says you'll understand."

The song was "She Fucking Hates Me" by Puddle of Mud. First off, bad song. Secondly, I have no clue what it's about or why she'd do it. Jennifer and I haven't spoken in months.

At the very least, I was amused. I laughed all afternoon about it.

Okay, so I went to a Valentine's party last night after work. Got there around 11pm. Danced, drank, and a good time. As the only single guy there, I think my friends were responsible for the string of girls that happened to find there way over to me, but anyway. Got home around 4am, had to be at work at 6am this morning.

And now I can't sleep. I feel like shit.

I'll go ahead and make an entry.

So, I ship out for the Navy on April 4th. I ended up scoring a 98 on the ASVAB, and I'll be going into the field of Submarine Electronics and Computer Systems. I'm going in as an E-3, whatever that is. After boot camp, I'll spend a year in Groton, CT for school. After that, who knows...

I'm still in hell, aka Walmart, but not for much longer. Things are going well enough,personally, I guess. Still single, but since I'm going to be leaving in a couple of months, I see no reason to try and get into a relationship. Hell, if being single this long hasn't killed me yet, I think I can make it. ;)

Anyway, I'll try to keep this updated more often.

Okay, so me and one of my female friends have been having some problems for the last couple of months. She's stopped wanting me around,stopped inviting me to hang out, stopped calling, stopped answering phone calls from me, etc. I call her a couple of weeks ago(first time I called her in almost a month) to try and find out what the hell was going on, and of course, I get no answer and no return call. So I figure, okay somethings happened and she doesn't want to be friends anymore. Okay, I can accept that and move on. Sucks, but I did all I could do.

So I see her at work last week, I don't speak to her, you know, trying to give her space, and she of course gives me the cold shoulder. So a couple of days ago I see her sister. I ask her if she has any idea what's going on between her sister and me. She says that all she knows is that her sister says we're not friends anymore and that it's my fault. Whenever she's asked to explain what happened and why it's my fault, she explodes on whoever it is that's asking. Fine, whatever. I'm an adult, I'm too old for this drama. We'll just go our separate ways.

So tonight the sister calls me and tells me that my friend's boyfriend is looking to kick my ass...
